Features
Key Features
Fully Automated Moisture and Ash Analysis
Automatically performs furnace lid operation, sample weighing, heating, constant-weight evaluation and result calculation. Moisture and ash results can be obtained from a single batch loading, significantly reducing manual work and operator exposure to high-temperature radiation.
Flexible Standard and Custom Test Programs
Supports methods specified in applicable national standards and allows users to configure customized temperature programs and testing procedures. Results can be generated automatically once the defined constant-weight criterion is reached.
Integrated High-Precision Weighing
The built-in analytical balance provides a readability of 0.0001 g, enabling continuous and accurate monitoring of sample mass throughout drying and ignition.
Large Sample Capacity for Better Representativeness
Supports user-defined sample weights from 0.5 to 50 g. The large sample capacity helps improve the representativeness of heterogeneous materials and reduces errors caused by insufficient sample quantity.
Large, Corrosion-Resistant Crucibles
Wide-opening crucibles with resistance to acids and alkalis improve heat transfer, drying and ignition performance, helping deliver more reliable moisture and ash results.
Programmable Atmosphere Control
Testing can be carried out under air, nitrogen or oxygen, allowing the instrument to accommodate different materials and analytical procedures.
Thermogravimetric Process Monitoring
Records sample mass changes during the heating process, providing data for evaluating drying, decomposition, combustion and residue formation behavior.
Efficient Fume Extraction
The optimized exhaust system effectively removes smoke and odors generated during ignition, reducing their impact on laboratory personnel and the surrounding environment.
High-Temperature, Multi-Sample Operation
Accommodates up to 10 samples per batch, with a furnace temperature range from ambient to 1000°C and temperature control accuracy of ±2°C.
